Swim central is now open for nominations for Club Night 6.
The Club Night 5’s BBQ sold a record number of sausages. With only limited volunteers we were not able to offer a full menu and only limited baked goods.
We would love some of our superstar parents to please volunteer on the BBQ and bake some goodies for us this week. Serving and cooking the BBQ is a great way to meet other Club Members and we would love to offer you and the hungry kids our full menu this coming Friday night.

Swim central is now open for nominations for Club Night 5 – 4 October 2022.
We all love the BBQ on Friday nights – the burgers are selling out quickly and everyone is loving the new burgers!
To be able to continue to offer this, we do need the BBQ positions filled.
A decision has been made by the committee that if the BBQ volunteer positions are not filled, we will only be able to run a sausage sizzle. The sign up is below, please do click on the link and see where you can help out. The BBQ is a great way to meet new members and helps us to foster the community within our Club.
We will check the sign up when nominations close on swim central, which is 7pm on Thursday night.

23 October 2022
Hi Parents
We have a large number of swimmers swimming this Sunday at the CJ’s Prep Meet.
The timeline has changes – the Junior session now starts at 8am. The senior Session will start at 12.30pm.
Doors for the first session will open at 6:45am for a 7am warm up and the 25m pool will be available all day for warm up and warm down.
There is a timekeeping roster – please sign up here – https://signup.com/go/bJTVhZz
I don’t have the entry list to check, but if anyone is swimming the 800m or 1500m events, they need to provide 2 timekeepers and a lap counter for their lane. If we have swimmers in these races, I will add those positions to th Sign Up Sheet.
There will be no canteen facilities available due to the on-going construction at the Centre, however there will apparently be coffee and a sausage sizzle. Space will be limited due the redevelopment of the Centre. We will try and take a Jets Tent for shade for our members, if there is going to be space.
Entry to the Centre will be in Zahel Street due to the resurfacing of the car park.
Regards
Louise Louise Willshire
